The Minimum amount that can be held on Fix Deposit is One thousand ($1,000.00) dollars.
Upon application you decide the period for which it will be held
The funds deposited to this facility is for a minimum period of one year to maximum of five years

Interest Rate:
1 – 3 years 4.25%
4 – 5 years 4.50 %

Rate negotiable for large amounts.

Conditions:
A. The deposit is not transferable or assignable save and except to the Credit Union.
B. This deposit may not be broken before the end of the contracted term. The Depositor is required to give (15) fifteen days notice to break the deposit. In such an event the following interest rates are applicable;

Before (3) three months 0.0%
Three to six months 2.0%
Six to nine months 2.5%
Between nine and twelve months 3.0%

C. This Certificate and Deposit are subject to the Bye Laws of the Communal Co-operative Credit Union Limited.
