Nominating Committee Report

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31^ST DECEMBER 2006

The Board of Directors in accordance with Article XIII (41) (a) appointed this committee to propose members to fill vacancies on the respective management committees.

These vacancies are proposed to be filled by elections at the 25^th Annual General Meeting.

The Nominations Committee comprised the following members:

• Mr. Anthony Forsyth                -  Director
• Mr. Joseph Sylvester                 -  Member
• Mr. M. Brian Campbell  -  General Manager

Board of Directors:

Messrs Christopher Penny, Dianne Bruno and Julien Ogilvie are due to retire on rotation having served one (1) term of three (3) years and being eligible for re-election have offered themselves for another term of three (3) years to expire in 2010.

Supervisory Committee:

Ms. Heather Mc Intyre is due to retire on rotation having served one (1) term of three (3) years and being eligible for re-election has offered herself for another term of three (3 years to expire in 2010.

Credit Committee:

Mr. Nash Griffith and Mr. Austin Redhead are due to retire on rotation having served one (1) term of three years and being eligible for re-election have offered themselves for another term of three (3) years to expire in 2010.

The General membership at this meeting may make its own nominations from the floor.

The criteria for accepting nominations and recommendation to fill vacancies on the management committees are as follows:

• Character
• Commitment to serve without reward
• Availability to attend all meetings
• Member must be in good financial standing in the Credit Union
• Expertise and experience.

The Nominations Committee’s recommendations are as follows:
